In the kitchen and on the turntable…..What exactly is a snickerdoodle cake? Layers of rich cake and cinnamon-sugar (which, by the way, caramelizes during baking 🤤). This particular cake has a salted caramel buttercream filling and frosting. It can also be made with a cinnamon swirl buttercream (as was the Starbucks mug cake we did yesterday) or even into cupcakes! The warm cinnamon flavor is perfect this time of year.
