Thursday sneak peek! A pair of small ‘smash size’ cakes going out to some cute brothers on Saturday. So tonight, we ‘crumb coat’. What’s that mean, you ask? It’s a thin layer of buttercream applied to the cake that’s seals in the crumbs so that when you apply that final, smooth coat of creamy buttercream, it stays smooth and clean.
