Still running behind on posts! We did this graduation cake a few weeks ago for Corrina’s step daughter. She graduated John Carroll HS and is off to ECU (East Carolina University). The cakes were red velvet (top) and vanilla (middle), with vanilla buttercream and edible image school logos. The soccer ball top was Rice Krispie treats, covered in fondant.
