Tonight we flashback 2 year to one of our favorite sets of cookies. Dance studio Mid Atlantic Youth Ballet’s fundraiser, Pirates, Pixies, and Pointe Shoes, in conjunction with their spring performance of Peter Pan, served these magical cookies to guests of the event. Buttery sugar cookies decorated in lemony glaze with designs highlighting the ballet. These were so fun to make! The first weekend reveal. This cake was epic!! We absolutely love how these superhero elements came together. Highlighting Iron Man on the base cake with fondant images, showcasing multiple superhero logos in the top tier, and topping it off (literally) with a Rice Krispie treat Hulk fist covered in modeling chocolate.
